We prioritise traders who specialise in the following areas:

Fantasy-Themed Products and Merchandise: Magical artefacts, mythical creatures, and captivating artwork.

Costumes, Props, and Special Effects: Show-stopping costumes, realistic props, and creative effects that bring fantasy to life.

​

Unique and Immersive Creations: Items that spark the imagination and transport people into extraordinary realms.

Traders offering products in these categories will be prioritised over those providing general event merchandise or items specifically created for the event.

Important Information for Traders:

Public Liability Insurance: All traders must hold valid public liability insurance to participate. This ensures the safety of both traders and attendees.

​

Space Confirmation: Registering your interest does not guarantee a place at the event. Spaces are confirmed only after booking, and all allocation decisions are final.

​

Interest Registration: Completing the form expresses your interest only. You will receive an email notification once we’ve confirmed dates, venues, and reviewed your application to ensure it aligns with our criteria.
